This represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, Senior Recruiter within the Maintenance Trades market to truly make something their own. You’d be joining a company that has experienced fantastic growth from its inception, led by highly ambitious yet grounded Directors who are constantly reinvesting profits to ensure that current levels of growth are maintained and surpassed.
Joining this company, you will be inheriting an existing desk, focusing on placing Maintenance Trades operatives into Social Housing Associations, Maintenance Contractors etc. which currently bills c£5000 per week. You will be provided with all of the tools and resources necessary for you to bill to your full potential and further grow the division, with access to a team of Resourcers and a budget for new hires at both Trainee and Experienced level.
On offer would be:
- Basic salary £40,000
- 20% Commission
- Benefits package
- Clearly defined progression plan to achieve Directorship and equity
