A specialist Construction & Property agency based in the City are currently seeking an exceptional Recruiter within the Surveying market to work alongside a newly appointed Director and assist in building out their Surveying division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior or Principal Consultant to join a really entrepreneurial business that will give you the chance to gain a key stake hold within the Division and also have a large influence as to which direction this Division grows. This company’s current offering to the Surveying market is centred on Executive level appointments, and the Directors are looking for somebody from a contingency or retained background to build a desk focussing on PQS, Project Management, or Building Surveying.

The rewards and incentives on offer for the appointed individual are exceptional, with one of the best commission schemes on the market for your personal billings combined with a competitive basic salary and clearly laid out targets to see you build a team around you and potentially fast-track into Associate Director.

On offer would be:

  • Basic salary £32,000 - £37,000
  • Guarantee for the first 3 months
  • Zero threshold commission scheme, bandings to 30%
  • Benefits package
  • Clearly defined progression plan with potential to fast-track into Associate Director
