You really can have the best of both worlds now that an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a Sunday Times top 100 Recruitment firm, to further develop the Thames Valley / South West region. While their HO is in London you will have the flexibility to work from home as much as you like or work from London - you will be focused on placing all levels of HR professionals on a permanent basis in organisations across the Thames Valley and South West regions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an already established firm and region, with like-minded individuals and benefit from flexible / home working on either a full or part time basis.
Within HR Recruitment this brand is highly regarded and much admired providing outstanding levels of service to both clients & candidates across the UK.
Taking over an existing client and candidate database, you will be tasked with further developing the desk but with some excellent support and tools. You will also benefit from a leadership team that tirelessly network and develop relationships at a senior level passing you a constant flow of roles, leads and warm relationships.
To really take advantage of this desk you will become a true HR subject matter expert (even if you haven't specialised in HR recruitment previously), immersing yourself in your industry and acting as a true Consultant to clients and candidates in all things related to recruitment within the HR discipline.
Senior Consultants with a proven track record of managing and developing a perm desk, in any professional sector, will be offered an immediate exploratory meeting and can expect to achieve:
- Salary £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on level of experience and results)
- Commission starting at 25%
- Annual and quarterly bonuses topping up commission to 35%
