A management role with a brilliant rewards package is now available for a Senior Recruiter within the Construction sector that is also capable of leading and developing a team in London. This is your opportunity to join the management team of an established and highly successful construction recruitment firm. Using your existing expertise of recruiting for Blue Collar level candidates within the construction sector you will run your own desk, but will be predominantly focused on leading and developing your own team of existing Consultants. This role would suit a strong manager that will retain an element of billing in to established accounts, but whose main focus is the development of the consultants and the team's client portfolio.

In return for your proven ability to personally bill , manage and develop a team and increase spend from the existing client potfolio, you can expect a package including:
