The best recruitment company in the world.  Really.

Recruitment Consultants / Managers

London / Nationwide

It’s true, just ask the people who work here.  Every single one.  And we’ve worked in more than a few.

We don’t toe the line. We celebrate individuality.  We go to the gym in the day. We take our children to school. We leave early for our hobbies.  The only thing that is regular is that our working patterns aren’t.  We have nobody to tell us how to be, or what to do.

There are some things that we have in common. We all love recruitment, but we’re not keen on targets and KPIs. Oddly, despite no targets, we keep over-delivering on our realistic business performance aspirations.  Weird that.

We deliver brilliant work. All the time.  That’s the key to it.  We are client focused first and by weaving our work flexibly into our lives we keep our energy high and our motivation strong.  So, we are successful and our clients love us. We have a great reputation with our candidates too, many refer us and want to work with us again as clients.

We enjoy a strong reputation in the charity sector for delivering high quality retained recruitment projects. These range from Chief Executive, Chair and Trustee appointments to senior fundraising and marketing roles. We work with large, medium and small sized organisations, which include Carers Trust, OXFAM, Nacro, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, Grandparents Plus, Bowel Cancer UK and  a number of hospices. We work with higher education institutions including Imperial College, Coventry University and The University of Birmingham as well as a number of membership bodies including International Psychoanalytical Association, Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment, Chartered Institute of Building, Bar Council and Bar Standards Board. We’re also a key supplier to the National Union of Students and work with students’ unions across the UK to recruit Chief Executive, Senior Manager and Trustee level roles.

We like growth, but it is carefully planned and based around people.  Do we have a business plan?  Yes, but it’s flexible, simple and we can sum it up in several lines. If we see an opportunity (or a great person like you), we’ll shift our plans to make it work. We are interested in developing into new markets and we’d like to hear your ideas.

Some of us work mainly from home, some part-time, and all of us flexibly.  Some prefer to come into the office most days. Whatever your preference, it’s fine with us.

If you love recruitment but not your company culture, or you’re ambitious for your next step and want some real support, then we’d like to have a chat with you.  If you crave the ability to work with your clients in a way that you know will work well, but maybe don’t have the freedom, then these are all great reasons to talk to us.
