In order to operate successfully at this level you will have a previous background in property recruitment, will be a polished communicator capable of working with clients at Director level and a cultured collaborative approach to recruitment. Working in this market will require you to have a real passion for meeting clients, networking and integrating yourself into a specialist market that has comparatively little agency competition.
Proven Perm Recruiters will find this a much more lucrative market than standard desks especially as you will have the benefit of your directors client relationship which will be transferred as they move in to a pure management role. If successful you can expect to achieve:
- Salary to £40,000
- Commission to 30%
