Established in 1990, Cooper Lomaz Recruitment is one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in East Anglia and we are growing fast. We have a number of fantastic opportunities in our Norwich office, including roles within our Marketing, Insurance and flagship IT Recruitment teams. If you have experience in one of these sectors, or have recruitment experience in another sector and fancy a change, we want to hear from you.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle. We will give you all of the tools and support you need to be successful, including a client and candidate base to get immediate success from. In return, we want loyal, hardworking individuals who are motivated to succeed and improve.

You will have:

Previous recruitment experience within any sector
Brilliant communication skills
The ability to engage with clients and candidates
Strong commercial awareness/business acumen
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage your own time
Desire to learn
Willingness to help others, and work as part of a team
