This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter based in a large recruitment firm who is looking for more responsibility and scope in their work. We are looking for someone with at least 2 - 5 years’ experience in recruitment to work with our existing team to build the Front Office Financial Services desk.
Key responsibilities include:
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Lots of business development as well as servicing existing relationships
Understanding client’s requirements and delivering on those mandate
Willing to engage with clients at all levels of management
Self-motivated, positive and driven to succeed
Natural ability to think outside the box and close deals
Evidence of a good level of performance in current and previous roles
Highly motivated, professional in person with excellent communication skills
It would be preferable, if you have previously recruited senior financial services professionals into Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Financial Houses, Brokerage and Buy Side Institutions.
