Managing Consultant - Construction Recruitment

With the remit and investment to build your team over the next 12 months, you will have the vision and drive to deliver personal billings as well as being able to develop existing staff to the next level. The ideal person for this role would be an experienced senior/managing recruitment consultant - with a background in the Construction or Engineering sector that is looking for a larger personal patch to generate fees from, a more professional and well reputed brand and the opportunity to lead a team/office as part of the senior management team of a successful business.
If you are able to demonstrate a proven track record of producing c£150K per year in fees, ability to build rapport with clients and candidates and inspire fellow Recruiters to perform at their best, then you can obtain a confidential exploratory meeting with the owners of this firm. If appointed you will enjoy working within a true meritocracy, where you are focused on quality and have clear promotional targets to your next two promotions. The commission scheme is fantastic with no standard requirement and health percentages up to 35%.
