This role offers very real scope and opportunity to further develop into a Management position and take over the management and development of a small team.

A Senior / Principal Consultant with a strong track record in ANY AREA of professional recruitment (HR, Finance, Business Support etc) can expect:
- Salary £30,000 - £55,000 (depending on level of experience and results)
- Guarantee for proven billers
- Commission starting at 25%
- Annual and quarterly bonuses topping up commission to 35%
