Recruitment Consultants of all levels will be considered. While experience of the HR market would be advantageous this role is open to Recruiters of either a Perm or Contract background within a professional sector. Values and personality are what will be drive this key appointment. If successful you can expect to achieve:
- Salary £28,000 - £45.000 (depending on level of experience and results)
- Commission starting at 25%
- Annual and quarterly bonuses topping up commission to 35%
