This firm has amassed a fantastic reputation within their market and has an enviable portfolio of clients around the world that work with them exclusively to deliver senior level search and contingency assignments up to Partner level. With a loyal client base, a thoroughly mapped and researched candidate database and a wealth of market knowledge and contacts this is a rich environment in which to manage "big fee" placements (typically £20K - £40K). While there won't be much business development needed you will need to be a first class candidate generator with a proactive nature when it comes to approaching potential candidates.
As this firm pride themselves on a relaxed management style that allows recruiters to work with autonomy they can only consider experienced Recruiters with a mature approach to their work. Recruiters with a minimum of 12 months experience (ideally in either legal or another professional sector but supported by a law degree) will be offered immediate exploratory meetings. Offers can be made at Consultant, Senior or Principal level depending on the level of experience and billing profile.
If successful you can expect:
- £30,000 - £50,000
- Commission paid on ALL fees - ZERO THRESHOLD
- Commission paid on start date at 10% - 35%
- 25 days holiday
- Quarterly incentives
- Guarantee for first quarter
