If so one of the most successful Public Sector recruitment teams in London now seek two additional Consultants to take over established Contract and Permanent Desks placing qualified and senior finance professionals with some of the world's most admired charitable organsiations.

You will be working for a large but non-corporate recruitment brand with a much envied reputation within both private and public sectors. As part of the Public Sector Division you will be surround by highly successful Consultants, Managers and Directors as you take over the relationships across a portfolio of key accounts with charitable organisations. Placing all levels of Accountancy& Finance professionals you will be a proactive candidate generator with an existing understanding of how to recruit within an area of Public Sector / NFP.

This role does require previous public sector or NFP / Charities recruitment experience and there is an option to specialise in either Permanent or Contract desk and immediate interviews are offered to candidates with relevant experience.

In return you can expect:

  • Salary £28,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission on ALL Fees (10% to 40%)
  • Zero threshold

  • Range of benefits including Health, Pension, Season ticket loan,
  • Guaranteed commission for first quarter
  • OTE based on historical performance of desk £85K
