This highly collaborative firm are entirely focused on retained only projects of professionals at Executive / C-Level and Director level appointments with clients ranging from FTSE 100 to high profile start up companies across the UK and internationally.
You will be joining this high touch team as the Executive Search Consultant, working closely with the Search Director in order to become an expert in the Search process. You will be responsible for taking the lead on Search assignments where your day to day activities may involve:
- identifying and securing new projects
- attending client briefings
- providing detail specification of project to Researchers
- working closely with the Research team in order to prepare candidate shortlists
- delivering final shortlists to clients
- arranging interviews for candidates on final shortlist

You will be working one on one with the Search Director to identify which opportunities to work on and how to proactively source new opportunities. While you will focus most of your time networking in a client facing capacity, you will be fully supported by an expert team of Researchers who will effectively and efficiently be able to map the market and gain the interest of suitable candidates that meet the requirements of your clients.

As this firm operates in several niche sectors, Recruiters from any professional services background are welcome to apply. Those who can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months of specialist recruitment supported by education to Degree level, can expect to achieve:
- Basic Salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
- Percentage of completed retainers (typical retainers average £30k-£50k per project)
- Bonuses to c£20K annually
- Pension scheme
- Annual profit share percentage
