Managing Consultant / Team Leader - Construction White Collar

This highly successful independent currently seek an experienced Principal / Managing Consultant or existing Team Leader to join their busy office based in a non city location and head up an established team of Construction Recruiters.
Taking the leadership of 4 experienced Recruiters running specialist Construction desks, you will be inheriting a warm White Collar Construction desk with existing portfolio of clients and immediate access to a huge candidate database which has been developed and maintained over the course of 20 years. Taking a hands on and "Lead from the front" approach, you will be responsible for the overall progression of the team, using your knowledge and expertise to develop your team, refine their skills and help them achieve their full potential on their desks.
Supported by a hands on Director who is a through and through Construction expert, you will have full backing to increase headcount and will work one on one with you in order to put together strategic growth and expansion plans - this essentially will give you a direct route into Directorship over time.
With a vast candidate and client network, you will have no geographical restriction in terms of expanding desk coverage. Over twenty years of industry experience had developed an impressive database of candidates which you will have instant access to as well the top industry specific job boards and a great brand reputation in the industry so you will have no issues in developing into new areas and clients in any way.
This is an unrivaled opportunity within the Construction sector in the area for an experienced recruitment professional looking to progress their career into Management or an experienced Manager to progress into Directorship.
Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience within the Construction sector or a level of Management can expect to achieve:
- up to £50,000 on the basic salary
- Commission of up to 20% on personal billing
- Team override
