Established for over 25 years in East Anglia, this strong independent brand are renowned for offering a quality and fully consultative service to local clients and candidates. As a result of impressive growth, this business now seeks an experienced Recruiter to step up and take ownership of the branch with full support and backing from a hands on Director. Joining a team of c10 in a non city location, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business and developing opportunities with both new and existing clients. In order to fit on with this friendly and hard working firm, you must take a "lead from the front" attitude and be prepared to show Consultants how they can maximise opportunities on their desks.

Overseeing the overall development of the team and brand, you will be expected to use your experience and expertise to hold regular reviews with Consultants, providing constructive feedback in order to develop their skills, giving positive encouragement and training where needed. You and your team will have the support of some great resourcing tools including a strong database which has been developed over the course of 25 years and is maintained by a dedicated Resourcer who regularly cleanses and updates the data; specialist Resourcers for each division, dedicated administrators and payroll staff as well as unlimited access to industry specific job boards, LinkedIn Premium and access to relevant networking events.

This opportunity would really suit an experienced Managing Consultant or Team Leader looking to take the next career enhancing step up into managing a bigger team with full P&L responsibility. Further progression is also available, with a direct pathway into Directorship over time.

Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience with some previous experience of managing can expect to achieve: 

  • Basic Salary to £55,000
  • Car allowance
  • Team override commission
  • Zero threshold Commission (10% -15%) on any billings (You are not targetedto bill but any billing you do will be rewarded)
  • Quarterly performance bonuses
  • BUPA

  • 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
