The death of Michael Mungovan has overhauled the way rail recruiters work
McGinley Recruitment Services (MRS)’s fine for the death of student Michael Mungovan in October 2000 is a significant milestone for the rail industry. MRS was fined £175,000 plus £24,000 costs at the Old Bailey earlier this month.
