Senior Researcher - Executive Search

Reporting to the Partners, you will be involved in all aspects of the search process from helping to support the pitch and the briefing, through to managing the search process, sourcing the best possible candidates for our clients.

This role has an unusually broad and substantial remit. Not only are we seeking a world-class Researcher – but also someone who is capable of contributing to the firm’s knowledge management capability to ensure that Calibre One maintains its position at the forefront of our industry.

You will have at least two years recruitment experience and will be starting to become frustrated at the lack of opportunities for development within your current environment. Research experience is vital and you will either be a Researcher currently, or perhaps a Consultant within a firm that works at mid-management level. Regardless of your background you must be unusually bright and talented, with a sharp sense of customer service, great communication skills and a willingness to do whatever it takes to delight clients, every time.

Experience of technology, media or telecoms would be a real advantage but this is not absolutely essential. Potential, and a real commitment to realising it, is the key.
